Charming decor and peaceful atmosphere enhanced our stay.
I encountered several issues during my visit. First, the carpet in my Classic Double Room was worn and stained in multiple places, which was off-putting. Also, the absence of any staff presence around the clock became a real concern. the outlets in my room stopped working on the last night, leaving me with limited options for charging devices. Additionally, it was frustrating that there was no hot water at times in the shower, which definitely interrupted my comfort.

The location is superb for accessing restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast selection includes fresh fruits and a variety of cheeses, making morning meals enjoyable.
The lack of an elevator can be inconvenient, especially for those carrying heavy luggage.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially when the owner was available to assist with local recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean, featuring modern decor that added to the appeal. However, the absence of an elevator made navigating the stairs challenging with heavy luggage. Additionally, the room felt a bit cramped for two travelers with multiple bags, and there were occasional issues with hot water availability during the stay.

Charming stay in a great location
The staff went above and beyond, especially the kind woman who greeted me and even offered a drink while I waited for my room. My accommodation was super comfortable, and I loved the peaceful street, which was conveniently close to the historic district and public transit. One thing to note is that there was no 24-hour staff presence, so if any issues arise, you might be on your own for a bit.

A prime choice for a fleeting stay in Bordeaux with value for price. The staff provided great recommendations for local eateries that we thoroughly enjoyed. Be prepared to navigate some stairs, as there’s no elevator available for upper floors.

I stayed in the Comfort Double Room for one night, and it was really comfortable and clean. The decor had a nice boutique vibe, and the room was spacious enough for a short stay. It was great that check-in was easy, even though I arrived late—key was left for me inside. The shower was good, and I loved that the breakfast had a nice selection of pastries and cheeses. Just a heads up, the place doesn't have an elevator, so you might need to carry your bags up some stairs!
